Working under the co-jurisdiction of the Army Corps of Engineers and the San Mateo Parks Department, we took advantage of lagoon water levels lowered especially for the repairs. We were then also able to rebuild the docks, stairs, deck, and boat slips, all at a fraction of other contractor's estimates.
